Inaugural Faith Based & Inspirational Film Festival

Inaugural one-day Faith based and inspirational Film Festival that features selected Faith Based and inspirational films. Event hosted and introduced by local prominent pastors with a Q and A that follows the screening. The goal for BHERC is to build  support for the future roll out of faith-based films and provide a means to connect with and activate our faith-based community.

On June 17th, 2015, a white supremacist walked into a bible study and murdered nine African Americans. This is the story of the victims and survivors of that night.

Sule

In a young African girl’s quest to learn the meaning of the proverb — “Great fires erupt from tiny sparks” — she seeks guidance from a lively, 10-year-old proverb detective named Sule.

Set in a fictional West African village, Sule and the Case of the Tiny Sparks, inspires audiences with the engaging message that even small actions can yield big results.

Winner of Tribeca All Access’ Mandela Day Award, through a partnership with the Nelson Mandela Foundation, Detective Sule and the lively cast of this animated tale has begun setting tiny fires in audiences across the globe.
