Young And Evil "The Young and Evil" - 15 Min.

A dramatic short about a defiantly promiscuous young man who finds Eros in self-destruction.  Shot in South Central Los Angele, “The Young and Evil” provides a chilling lens into how homophobia, faithlessness and longing miscolor the need for human connection.  Pulsing with atmosphere, the film undulates between urban grit and haunting metaphor.

CJ Johnson - Writer

Thiel and Johnson are no strangers to horror or action. They first gained critical attention as students at the Art Institute of California - Los Angeles, where they both majored in film.
Since college, the two continued to create shorts and music videos under their independent film banner, IP Films. Success soon followed as Johnson's music video that he directed and produced, "Motherless Child" was a winner in the BET's "Ya Heard?" Independent Music Video Contest. Johnson also received an Honorable Mention from the Tabloid Witch Awards (Sci-fi/Horror Film Festival) for his breakout sci-fi short, "The Signal," which he directed, wrote, acted in, and produced.
